HIGH-SPEED TRAIN STATION

A new station building beside the historic Ankara station, rising from the eaves line of the old building towards Celal Bayar Bulvarı to form the city's entrance facade. Roof elements and atria bring daylight down in a controlled way from concourse level all the way to the platforms. The building's ~400 m length posed a problem for economical power distribution, overcome by the solutions developed for it.
