HANE BEYTEPE RESIDENCES

A residential development in Beytepe, Ankara, made up of three villa types, duplex garden houses and commercial units. The facades are composed of black frames and vertical panels combining stone cladding with timber textures, while generous glazing brings daylight into the living spaces. The electric-vehicle charging infrastructure was set out through detailed planning.
