The second phase of a 1,200,000 m² mixed-use development laid out on the former station grounds between the Atatürk Cultural Center and the new Ankara railway station. It comprises high-rise residential blocks, city suites, a shopping mall and an enclosed car park, with apartment types ranging from one to five bedrooms. A sunken garden at the center of the site draws daylight down to the mall on the basement level.
