PORT BAKU TOWERS

A Class A office development beside the Baku seaport, formed of two towers of 120 m and 167 m. At their base are retail units and restaurants alongside an international spa and wellness center with indoor and outdoor pools, over a car park for 1,200 vehicles. The cool- and hot-air transfer for the generators, together with the acoustic and exhaust solutions, called for precise design within the building.
