A mixed-use building in Tashkent overlooking the adjacent park, bringing together a 140-key hotel and 153 branded residences. The hotel's shared facilities are gathered in the podium — a grand ballroom, meeting spaces, a spa and indoor and outdoor pools — while a rooftop restaurant and bar occupies the 23rd floor. Delivered fully in BIM, the project will minimize coordination work on site.
