A mixed-use building on a sloping, valley-facing site on Turan Güneş Bulvarı, comprising offices together with retail and dining. A central void gives access to the shops through open galleries reaching four basement levels, while linking the boulevard to the valley. The same void continues as a slit across the office tower's facade.
